Rabbi Lisa Delson
Rabbi Lisa Delson joined PTS in the summer of 2014. She serves our community by teaching all ages about the joy and relevancy of Jewish life, providing pastoral care, and offering spiritual guidance. A leader among her colleagues, Rabbi Delson serves on the Pacific Area Reform Rabbis board and the Rabbinic Advisory Committee of Shalom Bayit: Ending Domestic Violence in Jewish Homes.
Prior to coming to PTS, Rabbi Delson served as Assistant Rabbi and Program Director at Temple Beth Emeth in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was ordained by the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati in 2009.
While in rabbinical school, Rabbi Delson deepened her commitment to social action by serving as a member of the Commission on Social Action at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism in Washington, D.C. She also participated in the American Jewish World Service rabbinic student delegation to Ghana in 2008.
Rabbi Delson and her husband, Brent Pliskow, have two young sons, Micah and Asher.
